Adam has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years, spending 8 years working as a business analyst before taking his career in a different direction and stepping in the world of Mortgage Broking. Adam started at Loanmarket in January of 2015 and has been recognized as an Elite performer for the last 3 years. Outside of Loanmarket, Adam loves spending time with his family and enjoys all sports.

I truly care about my customers and would love to work with you to make sure I find a solution to meet your finance needs and goals both now and in the future. I’ll make sure while doing this, the process is seamless so you can focus on the more important things such as moving into your new home, finding a tenant for your new investment property or just giving you time to spend with your family or friends. With a strong background in sports and local community, I just want to see people be there best and put them in a better situation than when they walked through the door.

Kellie is our Operations Manager and Junior Broker at Loan Market, working alongside Adam Sleight and Liam Carroll. She’s been in the finance industry for over three years, starting out as a Client Service Manager before stepping into operations, where she now keeps the day-to-day running smoothly. In her junior broking role, Kellie works closely with the brokers to review client scenarios and find lending solutions that fit, making sure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Jenn is our dedicated and efficient Client Service Manager who is passionate about making the home loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She works closely with clients and lenders to ensure every detail is handled. With a focus on clear communication, efficiency, and genuine care, Jenn guides her clients through the journey of securing their dream home or investment property with confidence.

Mel is our dedicated Mortgage Broker Assistant with 4 years of experience in the finance industry. She specialises in application processing and compliance support, with strong skills in client communication and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the violin and badminton.

Ben is our Mortgage Broker Support staff member at Loan Market, assisting four brokers: Adam Sleight, Liam Carroll, David Cavigan, and Jarrad Sleight. With over two years of experience in the finance industry, he manages customer communication, loan processing, and construction finance. Ben plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for clients throughout the entire loan process, especially in the construction space.

Kyle works as our Mortgage Broker Assistant, providing comprehensive support to clients and brokers throughout the home loan process. She is responsible for preparing loan applications, liaising with lenders, compiling documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations. Whether working behind the scenes or directly with clients, Kyle’s goal is to make the journey to home ownership as smooth and stress-free as possible.
