Alex was and is fantastic! Got me all the info I required and then some, helped keep me on task all through the process, reminded me and gave me the odd hurry up when I needed it, was patient with all my questions and "What about ..." thoughts. He offered insurers and policies, wasn't miffed when I went with something else, was friendly, conversational, allowed me the space and comfort to confess ignorance of this field, without worrying I'd be called a fool.
In short, (pardon my loquaciousness. Great word!) he's been informative, instructional, friendly and helpful from start to (nearly) the finish.
