About Benjamin Houchin
After 7 years with the Education Department as a customer relation manager, I decided to take the leap and join the family operated Loan Market Franchise. Located in North Brisbane, I look after customers all over Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. My experience in dealing with customers with different backgrounds and circumstances has meant the transition has been an easy one. I pride myself on customer service and the relationships I form with clients to produce the best outcome for their individual needs.
I understand as a mortgage broker with Loan Market it is not just my role to help clients obtain the right interest rate for them but the right loan for my clients. Providing an obligation free service with over 30 different lenders to choose from I offer clients diversity that is hard to compete with.
