A lot of people ask “Why should I use a Mortgage Broker?” Time, Convenience and Knowledge. These day’s people lead such busy lives that they are time poor, they just don’t have the time to research the thousands of mortgage products that are out there.
It’s my job to know the products and explain how they could work for you. Then I do the research- we have over 60 lenders to select from, offering over 800 products. We also build relationships with the banks and more often than not are able to get a rate that is better than advertised.
Then the best part for you is we fill in the application and submit it to your chosen lender, stay on top of the application process and follow the loan through it’s approval process. You probably wouldn’t even set foot in a bank! I want to take away that stress of getting a mortgage and dealing with a bank etc to give you more time to look for that home you want.
