Cecelia joined us in 2024, and honestly, it feels like she’s always been part of the crew. With a career in finance dating back to 2010 and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking under her belt, she brings serious expertise in loan processing and credit analysis.

But it’s Cecelia’s warm, grounded nature that truly sets her apart. She’s the calm, steady voice that clients lean on—whether it's a nervous first-home buyer or someone deep into a tricky refinance. She simplifies the process, stays ahead of the curve, and genuinely cares about helping people get the best result.

As a mum of three, Cecelia understands how hectic life can be. That real-world empathy shines through in everything she does—she listens, supports, and always takes the time to make clients feel looked after. She fits into our team like a glove: approachable, dependable, and always happy to pitch in.

Outside of work, Cecelia is just as generous with her time and energy. She volunteers on her children’s School Council, takes part in the Shitbox Rally for charity, and regularly raises funds for causes close to her heart. She’s also a big kid at heart herself—with a soft spot for her Pokémon collection and a growing list of tattoo ideas she swears she’ll get one day.
