With my experience working for a major bank, I realised that I was unable to fully service my clients the way I wanted to and really assist with all their lending needs. I found such job satisfaction and happier clients when I became a mortgage broker back in 2003, as I was able to offer that choice, flexibility and build great relationships far beyond what was possible before. Assisting First Home buyers or clients starting again are my favourite group as it is very rewarding. First Home buyers need guidance and planning to get that first home. Whether it takes a few months or a year to be ready, knowing what steps to take, makes the end goal that much easier to reach. Starting again after a life changing event can be very harrowing, I find being able to help those clients get back their independence and securing what potentially will be their biggest asset, is very fulfilling and another example of why I love my job. I also enjoy the challenge of restructuring and refinancing loans to enable my clients to be in a better financial position. This can include debt consolidation as well as Personal Loans. Having been a Mortgage Broker for 18 years I have an abundance of very happy clients, in fact many have used my services multiple times to assist them in achieving their goals. I will always aim to recommend great options for the client and work together to the end result.
