Initial Discovery Chat
During this conversation we will uncover what you are wanting to achieve, where you are at now and how we may be able to assist you. We will then gather some information from you prior to meeting relating to your income, debt position and other financial particulars.

Advice Presentation
You’ll be presented with our detailed advice document. Your Game Plan outlines our understanding of your position, your goals and objectives, what we are recommending and why, and the analysis and comparisons we have used. We ensure you fully understand this prior to proceeding with an application.

Lodge Your Application
Once you’ve accepted your Game Plan, we will prepare your application for lodgement. We are your guide through the process and liaise with all of the relevant parties, letting you know what you need to do each step of the way to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Approval
Time to celebrate! We work tirelessly to achieve the right outcome for you. Once approved, we will guide you through the signing of loan documents and ensure everything is in order for settlement.

Settlement Day
We're at the finish line! Alongside your legal representative (conveyancer / solicitor) and the lender, we will coordinate the final steps of the settlement with you. Once it’s all done, you’re ready to pick up the keys, unload the couches and settle into your new home!
