Grant Schwulst Update

Hello All

I am now 6 weeks into my new life at LMG. Thoroughly enjoying the change.

Some highlights of my first month are:-

-$4 million in approved loans.

- Now accredited with 40 lenders, more options now available with a solutions based approach including Self Managed Super Funds.

-Successful integration of my processes into the new CRM.

-Have processed Self Employed, Discretionary Trust, Expat , Essential Services, Equity crossing, Investment applications.

-Fully independent loan writing model with the option for additional support as my business grows.

- Very Few requests for missing information. Really trying to provide my clients with quality submissions. 4 applications approved within hours of submission.

Focus for the next few weeks is now marketing , socials , helping clients through the spring frenzy –will do fully assessed preapprovals.

Continue to be focused on compliance as well making processes faster/scalable. Having a slower week this week with rest away at the beach for the school holidays but always ready to help clients if required and keep the engine running.

Operating the ship is now steady and ready for more.
