My experience of arranging over $500 million in settled home loans over recent years also helps a bit. Lastly, as a Self-Employed father of 2 who has bought, built and sold property in the past I’ve walked the walk as well as talked the talk!
With over 13 years in the Banking/Finance industry, the last 8 years in Lending, I take great pride in providing an exceptional experience for my clients in their home loan journey. It is extremely rewarding assisting my clients whether it be a first home purchase, refinance or building an Investment portfolio.
Loan Operations Manager Kay joins us with many years of experience in customer service/Management. Ensuring that the client experience from application to settlement and beyond is second to none. Kay’s efficiency, plus high level of communication between brokers and clients ensures a seamless client experience. She is an integral part of the team, providing support to process and manage home loan applications to settlement. Kay is incredibly passionate in her work, always willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
Adam is our post settlement client care manager. His main role is to ensure all of our clients are getting the best rate available. Adam reviews all of our clients loans annually and requests a rate reduction if required. He then compares this with the best alternatives available in the market to make sure you get the best deal possible. When not working with the team, Adam can be found studying for university or at the gym!

He provides a high level of admin support and stays in constant contact with our lenders to make sure our loan approvals progress as quickly as possible!

After a few roles in Federal Government assisting volunteer community organisations manage budgets, I decided to follow my passion for helping people and ventured into Financial Planning.
As part of my holistic advice process, one of the main things I would research and advise on was buying and financing property (when the mortgage broking profession was in its infancy). As my career progressed, I found more and more of my time was spent providing mortgage advice. I then decided to wind up my own planning business to focus solely on mortgage broking and couldn’t be happier with the decision.
There are few things more thrilling in business than seeing smiling clients buying their new home or reviewing an existing loan they could save thousands of dollars a year, every year after getting them a much more competitive deal. I get a buzz every time!
Being the father of two great kids mean my weekends are filled with sport and related events. As a rugby tragic and coach of my sons' teams means my winters are spent in the parks with the summer months for swimming, BBQ’s and family holidays!
