Caleb particularly enjoys assisting first home buyers, investors, and challenging scenarios that traditional banks might decline. Caleb is proactive, strategic, and relentless in securing the best possible outcomes. As a locally based broker, Caleb highly values building strong relationships within the community. Outside of work, you'll often find him on the rugby field, focusing on fitness, or outdoors pursuing new challenges.

Nikka joined our team in December 2020 as a Client Service Manager - she is our customer service extraordinaire, and also helps with loan packaging, submissions and other office work. Prior to Loan Market, Nikka was a Loans Assistant in a local bank in the Philippines. She graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a major in Marketing Management, and now lives in Manila with her family. Outside of work, and pre-pandemic, you'd find Nikka travelling the Philippines - her love for the beach even led her to study freediving!

Jay joined the team at Loan Market Capital as a Credit Analyst in September 2023. His primary responsibilities include assessing loan serviceability, preparing loan packages, and managing various office tasks. He holds a degree in Information Technology and has accumulated five years of valuable experience in the mortgage industry. In his personal time, he keeps on passionately pursuing his love for photography.

Mira is a dedicated Settlements Specialist at Loan Market Capital, having joined the company in April 2024. She brings a strong background in banking and customer service, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to clients. Mira is focused on achieving outstanding results for both clients and the organisation. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency, she ensures all settlement processes run smoothly and that clients’ needs are met with the highest level of care. Outside of work, Mira enjoys reading and continuously expanding her knowledge. She is currently pursuing advanced courses in her field to further develop her expertise.

Honey is originally from Bantayan Island, Cebu, and holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a major in Applied Linguistics from Cebu Technological University. She also pursued a Master's in Education. Honey brings six years of experience as a freelance professional and virtual assistant in the digital workspace. Following this, she worked as a broker assistant with Beluga Finance, which has strengthened her background in financial services. Joining Loan Market in October 2024, she enjoys handling administrative tasks, submissions, and data entry.

Samantha Moore is the Client Service Manager at Loan Market Capital, with over 15 years’ experience in banking and home loans. Her career has given her a strong understanding of the lending process from start to finish, allowing her to provide clear guidance, exceptional service, and reliable support to clients. Prior to joining Loan Market Capital, Sami spent just under five years at Athena Home Loans as a lender, where she developed a strong focus on customer-first solutions and efficient, transparent lending practices. Having lived on the Central Coast for the past 18 years, Samantha is proud to be part of the local community and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and genuine care. Outside of work, she is a mum to a three-year-old daughter, and loves spending time at the beach, enjoying the outdoors, and creating precious memories together.

With a background in liquor marketing across Qantas and Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM), Eden brings a powerful understanding of consumer psychology, brand positioning, and buying behaviour and now applied to helping brokers stand out in one of Australia’s most competitive industries.
