John helped us recently with a refinance on our first home loan! We were loyal customers to our existing bank, however they were not willing to match existing offers so John helped us find the best deal! Unfortunately the bank we had selected to refinance with became very difficult to deal with, this after John and ourselves had done abit of work to get the refinance in motion. While we were overseas John worked again to line up some other options and on return we were able to move quickly with another bank to refinance and was extremely seamless. John has been very helpful , educational and understanding during our (initially) rocky refinance process, we would recommend John to anyone looking for financial services and we will continue to utilize his services moving forward.
