Having spent over six years working with Australian companies, I bring a wealth of experience and a vibrant energy to my role as a Broker Assistant. My career began at Telstra as a customer service representative, where I excelled in communication and customer satisfaction. I soon moved up to a team leader role, managing outbound and inbound support, email and chat services, as well as training and accrediting Australian representatives. In my current position, I take charge of onboarding, offboarding, marketing, and data management for our team. My bubbly personality and positive outlook help create a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. I bring a wealth of experience to my role as a credit analyst, having transitioned from nearly a decade in the BPO industry, where I specialised in financial accounts like Wells Fargo and American Express as a fraud analyst. I hold a BSBA in Management and have been actively involved in the Australian mortgage industry since 2019, starting with Homeloans Limited, now part of Resimac. Since the pandemic, I’ve been working remotely, managing end-to-end loan applications from data gathering to post-settlement tasks. My expertise includes handling servicing calculators, rate reviews, repricing, valuations, broker notes, funding estimates, comparison reports, and more. I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth loan process and providing comprehensive support to the team. In my free time, I love exploring new places and creating engaging content for my Instagram. While I'm not a professional content creator, I enjoy learning about video creation and how to generate traffic on social media. It's a fascinating hobby that keeps me connected and inspired!

I started my young career as a Learning and Development Associate in an accounting firm where I organized and facilitated big batch onboarding sessions welcoming new accountants where I developed strong organizational skills that I believe makes things easier to see aside from its aesthetics. I value my professional growth so I took the opportunity to become a training instructor and Certified Human Resource Associate. As a result of my background, I value the importance of training and teach-to-learn approach in honing one's skill. It also instilled in me that feedback is a gift that can help someone improve as a professional and as an individual. On the other side of the screen, I am a homebody who loves listening to music, podcasts, watching true crime series or documentaries with occasional Disney or romantic comedy movies. In the near future, I aspire to travel to different countries in the future to try different cuisines, visit tourist attractions, and try activities like bungee jumping in Macau. But 24/7, I am a big BTS and Taylor Swift fan while still enjoying listening to other talented artists.
