With over 20 years in the Finance and Mortgage broking Industry, it all started with my customer service call centre experience and wanting to assist people with their finance needs and be right on the front line helping them. I thoroughly enjoy all facets of mortgage broking - from assisting first home buyers find or build their first home to seasoned investors building on their portfolio.
Approaching a bank or lender, only presents you with one or a very limited range of loan options based on their small suite of products. This reduced range of products may or may not be suited to your situational needs. Using a mortgage broker, opens up the door to a multitude of options, niche lending products, policies and rates which means you’re offered a loan specifically for your needs. When purchasing or building your first home it can be one of the most daunting experiences you’ll ever endure. Throughout this process, I will provide clear and open lines of communication, making sure that my clients are completely educated in how the loan process works.
I believe my clients are better off being educated and informed, than being over complicated and bamboozled. Even if you have existing lending and would like to compare what you have with finding a better rate, I’m confident I’d be able to assist you and inform you of your options and put you in a better position if it’s possible. My no nonsense approach to finance has always seen me gain my clients respect in the time I’ve worked in the industry. I believe in complete honesty and open lines of communication and firmly believe that I will try my hardest to assist you with all your finance needs.
