I just purchased my first home and went to Murat after a recommendation from a family member who used his services twice. Murat was incredible throughout the whole 8 month process of finding my dream home from beginning to end. From the very first enquiry, he was clear in figuring out my borrowing capacity, got pre-approval 3 times and secured a home loan on a tight turnaround when I found the right place. He was transparent, kept me informed, communicated often and clearly, helped keep me on track/motivated when finding a home got tiresome and daunting by checking in regularly with me and keeping me on task, and he was always there to field the many many questions I had as a nervy, overly cautious first home buyer. He managed to quell all fears, manage my expectations, and was honest the whole time. There were no surprises along the way. I initially went to another mortgage broker before Murat who gave me surprisingly low numbers on borrowing capacity and did not instil much confidence in my ability to buy a home. Working with Murat after my brother recommended him was a real relief in contrast.
