Josh is a Director at Loan Market Nowra, an award-winning mortgage broker with over 20 years' finance and banking experience. He has held senior roles in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, specialising in complex financing solutions. To date, Josh has written and overseen over $700 million in home, investment and commercial lending.

He has a real focus on delivering integrated finance solutions, tailored to an individual’s situation, goals and needs, which has filtered to the whole Loan Market Nowra team. Away from finance, playing golf and being outdoors are Josh's perfect pastimes.

Taite is a Director at Loan Market Nowra, working with hundreds of clients each year to help them achieve their financial goals. Taite likes to provide a holistic service across a range of referral partners (accountants, financial planners, buyers agents etc) to help clients on their entire finance journey. An ethos Taite brings to the team at Loan Market Nowra is to create long-term working relationships with clients, concentrating on specific / regular communication and exceptional problem solving. Developing our team members both personally and professionally is also a focal point.
