After working in London for four years as a mortgage broker, followed by another four years as an insurance broker in the UK, he returned to Australia in 2014, where he continues to help clients achieve their financial goals. Andrew believes financial guidance goes far beyond calculations; it's about understanding every clients’ unique needs to build strong, personalised relationships and fulfil their dreams. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (DIP FMBM), he is well-equipped to handle your financial needs.

For the past ten years, Steve has specialised in the residential and small business broker lending landscape, enabling tailored solutions for his clients. Following a nine year stint at Suncorp Bank, specialising in home and small business lending, Kelsey has honed her financial prowess to perfection. As a credit analyst, she’s been making sense of numbers like no other for the past four years. Joining Andrew’s team in 2022, she brings a wealth of experience to the table as well as a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management underway, making her a trusted guide in the financial world.

As our dedicated settlements manager with close to thirty years’ experience in the industry, Tanya guides clients to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. She acts as the link between lenders, solicitors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and complete accuracy, to ensure no errors or issues go unnoticed. Her exceptional eye for detail and impeccable time management, as well as her ability to negotiate with banks in clients’ favour to ensure our customer service is extraordinary.

With a dynamic career spanning real estate, a stint as a tip truck operator, and a stellar twelve year role at Commonwealth Bank Australia, there is nothing Kahler can’t do!
