He worked for the National Australia Bank as a branch manager and various other roles in Ballarat. He has also worked for Citibank and other multinational companies. Ronnie is passionate about helping his customers and loves seeing them achieve their goals. He is a massive foodie and also operated a food business in Ballarat. He is married to Hayley and they have 3 children. He lives in Margate and loves the local community in the region. He is a keen rider and also loves playing tennis and cricket.

Becci emigrated from the South Coast of England in 2007, settling in North Lakes 12 years ago. With over 8 years’ experience helping her clients with their home loan purchases, refinances, car loans and personal loans, Becci loves providing the best service possible to her clients. She strives to provide a service beyond her client’s expectations with a positive attitude, extensive skill set and great communication. The most important aspect of her role is building trust and being there for her client’s long term, not just for today but for years to come. Around the beginning of 2001 Bill decided to step away from his Human Resources Job. He wanted to be a Mortgage Broker despite having no previous banking experience. A lot of people thought he was crazy stepping away from a safe job. However, this proved a fantastic change as it fulfilled his dream to work in Finance and Property. For the last 23 years he has used his finance experience to help his clients buy their first home and then later build wealth by buying investment property. After hours Bill can be found enjoying long walks with his wife Louise. He also attempts to keep in shape by visiting the gym, playing tennis while trying to stick to a low carb diet. With his two adult children now having claimed independence, Bill hopes for more overseas travel and snow ski trips.

Hayley has recently joined the Loan Market team as an Operations Manager. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business along with helping customers with their car and personal loan needs. Hayley has 11+ years of prior experience working for CGU Insurance as an underwriter. She has extensive knowledge in risk management and credit assessment. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and walks on the beach. Hayley is Ronnie's wife and they have 3 boys.

Matt assists with the day-to-day operations of the team, focusing on providing the best customer experience possible, and ensuring transparency and open communication. With over 6 years of experience in customer service, he has the drive and the know how to bring you the best experience possible. After Graduating High School, he completed 2 Diplomas in Business and Business Administration, then followed that with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland. He has a passion for the outdoors, camping and off-roading, and spends his days off outdoors or spending time with his partner Becca
