Aman's passion for customer service has enabled her to expand her role rapidly. Aman has extensive knowledge and experience in construction loans. She will look after all your progress payments from start to finish so that the building journey is as stress-free as possible. She loves connecting with clients and contributing to the achievement of their life goal of owning a home. On the weekends she enjoys spending time with family and going out for dinner.

Jenny has been with Bal & Associates for 3 years. She assists with loan applications from lodgement to settlement (specialising in Construction) and has started negotiating better rates for the offices exisiting client database. During her free time, she loves spending quality time with her 5 yr old boy. He loves to help her around the kitchen, and they love baking! So much so, that if she was not in the home lending space, Jenny would love to open a bakery!

Neil is involved in assisting clients with their mortgage applications. Neil supports the team with the loan process and is involved in a wide range of tasks, such as collecting and verifying financial information and helping to ensure that all necessary documents are properly completed and prepared. Neil is a family man who loves to spend time with his family and play basketball in his spare time.
