Sam has a diploma in finance and mortgage broking and has been working in the industry for over 7 years. He is an Associate Member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). Sam has found his niche in financial advice, with a keen eye for getting clients a loan that is suited to their needs. Recent winner of the Customer Service of the Year (Individual) Regional at the Australian Broking Award.

Joanne joined the Loan Market Warrnambool team in 2020 as an Administration Assistant. Her dedication, experience and having completed her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, are admirable and led her to become one of our valuable Mortgage Brokers. With over 20 years of experience working at SouthWest Credit in a range of Customer Service and Loan Administration roles and currently working on her Diploma, Joanne is passionate about finding her clients the best product to suit their needs. Her personalised approach – listening to the client, collecting their information and discussing their relevant goals and objectives – allow her to compare different lenders and products to ensure the best solution for her clients. “I find Mortgage Broking very rewarding, whether it's helping a First Home Owner get into their first home, refinancing a client to a better product or rate, or helping a client purchase an investment property. Every client is on their own journey and it's a privilege to share that journey with them.” Outside of work, Joanne loves spending time with her four kids and embracing new activities and adventures as a family. She is also an avid Netball fan who enjoys supporting her community, coaching the Netball team at Russells Creek FNC.

Gary comes to the Loan Market Warrnambool team in April 2023 as an Assistant to Mortgage Brokers, Jo and Sam. With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Analyst in the banking sector at Suncorp, St George and Commonwealth Bank, he is well equipped for the role at Loan Market and brings a wealth of data analysis, administrative and lender policy knowledge to the team. His passion for the market, attention to detail, dedication to his team and clients, as well as his efficiency are second to none, ensuring you – our dear clients – receive the best possible loan and service. Outside of work, Gary enjoys a good game of golf with friends, spending time with family and walking his dogs, Tilly and Willow. Being a local cricketer, Gary is a well-known face within the Warrnambool community.

Isaac comes to the Loan Market Warrnambool team in September 2024 as an Administration Trainee. His goal is to become a Mortgage Broker in the near future to make a positive difference and support his community: “I'm seeking a rewarding career where I can assist others in an exciting journey whether it be from a first home buyer to an investor. As a recent first home buyer myself I want to help others embark on their own exciting journeys to get into the market.” Previously having completed VCE at Warrnambool College, Isaac spent over 8 years in customer-facing roles as a bartender, retail supervisor and also started his own business as a contract agent for a BP Fuel Station in Warrnambool. Having worked in a variety of settings and environments, Isaac has acquired great emotional intelligence and developed a positive and professional attitude, allowing him to establish and maintain connections with his clients and team. With an excellent understanding of business, administration and client satisfaction and currently completing his Certificate IV in Business, Isaac strives for excellence by continuing his studies next year and starting a Diploma and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance. Outside of work, Isaac is a sportbike enthusiast who loves to work on his bikes and take them out for a spin. He also enjoys spending weekends with his wife and dogs, walking and doing fun activities together.

Anna started her career with Loan Market in 2022. Prior to this, she worked in the BPO industry for six years, which helped her build and solidify her customer service skills as well as improve and further her attention to detail. On a daily basis, Anna ensures client's information is put into the system correctly, she keeps the team in check with compliance, and does follow-ups on applications. Anna loves working with the Loan Market Warrnambool team and assisting clients to succeed in achieving their financial goals. Winning Loan Market’s 'Top Performer’ award in 2024 is a testament to the quality of her work and her dedication to the team and clients. Outside work, Anna enjoys playing volleyball with her friends and loves being on the go by hopping on her scooter and exploring the beautiful scenery that surrounds the city. She also enjoys watching TV shows and movies in her free time, particularly mysteries and thrillers.
