As a mortgage manager I have seen lenders come and go, I have seen changes in the industry to provide professionalism, unfortunately like all industries there are good and bad people, numerous occasions I have had loans referred that have been declined by banks and mortgage brokers, which I have managed to reinstate.

We understand the importance of referrals, that is why we take the utmost of care to ensure that all parties are respected with the right professionalism, we recognise that this could be the most important decision a person may make.

A main focus is to pay down debt, build that buffer, have a holiday without having to put it on a credit card then worry how to pay back. To consolidate debt on top of debt, whilst this might be necessary sometimes, we strive to eliminate this, and are happy to work with you on a debt management program.
