We had engaged Andrew through a word of mouth recommendation. My partner and I were looking for our first property. Our circumstance was complicated from a credit assessment point of view as I was a director of a construction company that had only been operating for just shy of 2 years. Further, for what we were trying to achieved my partner and I also needed our mother to be guarantor - so lots of boxes had to be ticked out end. Andrew was brilliant at advising and searching for the most feasible product for what my partner and I wanted to achieve. He was always on the same page as us in terms of our priorities and the outcome we were after. His decades of experience as a broker and financial advisor made him stand out in the sense that not only he was extremely well read in what products were currently available in all aspects from rates to structures to loan features that allowed my partner and I to reduce our debt as much as possible. Andrew’s communication was excellent. His constant line of communication with lenders allows him to relay exactly what is required from us to whoever we are financing with. This also allows Andrew to accurately anticipate lead times from lenders for assessment/conditional and unconditional approval making sure we had the back end organised in time for both our purchase as well as our settlement. His loyalty and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients was also extremely impressive. Many night conversations instigated by myself took place from hours like 10:00pm. He would always pick up or promptly return the call which we are very appreciative for as we wouldn’t have made various timelines if he hadn’t worked after hours. We are thrilled with the outcome despite the difficult process we faced (not at the fault of Andrew but by lenders). My partner and I couldn’t have asked for better expertise, professionalism and dedication to the client. We will now only use Andrew in the future and cannot recommend him enough.
