After working in London for four years as a mortgage broker, followed by another four years as an insurance broker in the UK, he returned to Australia in 2014, where he continues to help clients achieve their financial goals. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (DIP FMBM), he is well-equipped to handle your financial needs.

Following a nine year stint at Suncorp Bank, specialising in home and small business lending, Kelsey has honed her financial prowess to perfection. As a Finance Broker, she’s been making sense of numbers like no other for the past four years. Joining Andrew’s team in 2022, she brings a wealth of experience to the table. She also has a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management underway, making her a trusted guide in the financial world.

Bringing her expertise to Andrew's team since October 2021, Amanda boasts over twenty years’ accounting experience, as well as a Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Financial Services. Amanda is our number-crunching queen. Her financial expertise and zest for life make her the perfect guide for your financial journey.

Hannah McCaughan brings over 12 years of experience in mortgage broking to her role as Credit Analyst at Loan Market. She loves getting to know her clients, building genuine relationships, and finding lending solutions that truly fit their needs. Before joining Loan Market, Hannah worked at Aussie Home Loans, where she gained valuable experience managing the client journey from start to finish. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Hannah playing soccer, spending time with her partner and two kids, or out and about with the family dog, Jazz.

Ruby joins our team as a Credit Analyst, working alongside Kelsey. She comes with 4 years of experience in finance and mortgage broking and has completed her Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Outside of work, Ruby splits her weekends between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, enjoying camping, beach trips, and bush walks with her partner and their dog, Harry. She’s also a regular at the gym and loves staying active in the great outdoors. Ruby’s expertise and enthusiasm make her a fantastic addition to our team, and she’s excited to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Our dedicated Broker Service Expert has been an integral part of Andrew's team since 2020. With a wealth of experience and a knack for efficiency, Jhon oversees various key aspects of our operations, including managing our broker support members, handling valuations, and assisting the credit team with applications. Beyond his core duties, Jhon is known for his versatility and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, making him a valued all-rounder within our team.

She has been working as a mortgage broker assistant since 2019, supporting the loan journey from lodgement right through to post-settlement. Working closely alongside Kelsey and now Ruby, she helps ensure every detail is handled smoothly for both clients and the wider team. Always keen to learn and grow, she’s excited to continue developing her skills and thriving in the mortgage broking industry as part of such a supportive team. Outside the office, she’s a big fan of musicals (even if she doesn’t quite have the pipes - best not to hand her the mic), loves the smell of books and still chooses paperbacks whenever she can, and has a quirky obsession with Post-it notes and Sharpies.

Chris is an essential part of Andrew's team, providing administrative support and assisting with document assessment and preparation. He has journeyed through the financial world. His experience includes working as credit analyst, an audit assistant at PWC and an accounts payable analyst for Coca-Cola. He has also worked as a freelance finance and sales agent selling cars and trucks.

Rowena is part of our Broker Support team, having transferred across from Seed Finance when we acquired the business. She originally joined Seed Finance in April 2025 and brings with her a strong lending background, including five years as a Senior Credit Analyst at ANZ and experience in broker support roles since 2019. Rowena is known for her solid credit knowledge and dependable support throughout the loan process, helping ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes for both brokers and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending weekends at the cinema with her two kids, catching the latest movies and making the most of family time.
