We are a family operated franchise that has worked both within a large corporate structure and Small to Medium Enterprise businesses.  We have owned and run a small business for 10 years and as a result understand the dynamics of each unique trading environments.  I hold Cert IV, Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, ASIC RG146 Tier 2 General Advice (General Insurance) and a MFAA Accredited Finance Broker. We have purchased and sold investment properties in regional Australia, have purchased “off the plan” within body corporate entities, and bought and sold fully detached houses as owner occupier.  We have undergone large renovations $350K + and worked with developers (and builders) on house and land packages.  We have a broad understanding of both the buyer and the lender and enjoy facilitating a competitive and suitable finance product for our customer.
