Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all clients of Loan Market Breeze, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Loan Market Breeze and anyone otherwise connected with Loan Market.
Promotion Period:
The promotion period is ongoing and will continue until notified otherwise.
How to Participate:
Eligible participants must submit a referral for a friend, family member, or colleague to Loan Market Breeze, and the referred individual must successfully settle a loan with Loan Market Breeze.
Referrals must be verified by Loan Market Breeze to be considered valid.
Upon verification of a referral, the referring client will be eligible for a $100 gift voucher if the referred loan settles with a loan amount between $300,000 and $500,000, or a $200 gift voucher if the referred loan settles with a loan amount above $500,000*.
The referral must be disclosed to Loan Market Breeze at the initial enquiry stage by either the referrer or the referee.
Gift Card Terms:
Only one gift voucher will be awarded per successful loan referral.
Gift cards are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Gifts are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any gift card with another of equivalent value without notice.
Notification and Claiming of Gift Cards:
The referrer will be notified by post within 14 days of the successful settlement date.
General Terms:
Loan Market Breeze reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the promotion will be notified to referrers as soon as possible by Loan Market Breeze.
Loan Market Breeze reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and to disqualify any participant not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the use of their names and submission details for promotional and marketing purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to the entrant.
Loan Market Breeze’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
