Jemma El-Helou is the operational backbone of Loan Market Burwood, seamlessly managing her dual responsibilities as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to Director Jason Basseal. She oversees the day to day functions of the business, ensuring all administrative, client and team processes run efficiently and professionally. As Jason’s PA, Jemma coordinates high level communications, schedules and workflows, allowing the Director and brokers to focus on client outcomes. Her organisational skill, professionalism, and approachable nature underpin the high service standards that clients have come to expect. Amanda Saunders has more than 17 years of experience in the finance industry, spanning broker support, commissions, and loan processing for major aggregators. Since joining Loan Market in 2016, Amanda has been a cornerstone of the team’s operational excellence. Now working part-time managing post-settlements and ongoing client maintenance, Lauren is known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach and her commitment to building long-term relationships. She takes pride in ensuring clients continue to feel supported well beyond settlement. A proud Central Coast local, Lauren loves spending time with her busy family, cheering on her three sporty kids, and keeping active by running with the Terrigal Trotters.
Harrison McGarry is a valued member of the Loan Market Burwood credit team, known for his analytical precision and enthusiasm for the lending industry. Currently completing a Bachelor of Business (expected 2026), Harrison supports brokers across all stages of the loan process, from compliance checks and document preparation to application lodgement and settlement coordination.
