Nitish Kumar is the owner of Loan Market Canberra, where he helps clients make confident and well-structured property decisions. He works with a wide range of clients — from first home buyers entering the market, through to homeowners refinancing and investors building property portfolios. Nitish focuses on helping clients structure their lending properly and understand their options clearly so they can make decisions that support their long-term financial goals. Known for his clear advice and proactive communication, Nitish aims to make the lending process simple, transparent and stress-free. Outside of work, Nitish enjoys watching the footy, spending time with his kids, and keeping a close eye on the property market.

With a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland, Jessie started her broking career back in 2011. Jonathan is a born & bred Canberran having spent his whole life in the nation's capital. Starting his broking career in 2017 Jonathan has established himself as one of Canberra's most trusted advisors having helped clients ranging from first home buyers through to complex company structures. He is passionate about supporting clients through their property journey and helping their property portfolios grow over time. Outside of the office you will find Jonathan on the golf course usually looking for his ball in the trees somewhere or playing with his dog Dexter.

Prior to starting with the team at Loan Market Canberra, Emily worked within the finance & real estate industries for 7 years, developing useful skills which have transferred to her current role as Operations Manager, assisting the team in day-to-day operations and client service. Emily has a keen client service focus and friendly attitude, making her approachable and a joy to work with. Emily prides herself on her personal drive, integrity, attention to detail and desire to learn. She enjoys spending her down-time with her young family, travelling, eating good food and catching up with friends.

Jarod is a Canberra local who is joining Loan Market after 5 years in the automotive industry, most recently as Sales Manager of Audi Canberra. Previous to that, he spent 8 years travelling the country completing a Bachelor of Business specialising in Hotel Management and worked in some of the top hotels in Australia. With a keen focus on customer service and finding a solution to help any customer achieve their goals, Jarod will be able to help navigate you through the process of securing your next loan. With a long history in service based industries, Jarod will be more than accommodating and ready to walk with you through the process. When not at work, Jarod enjoys spending time with his 2 boys, playing golf, riding bikes and enjoying weekend sports.

Sam started his Canberra journey in 2010 moving to the ACT from Ocean Shores, NSW to study a Bachelor of Forensic Science at the University of Canberra. Sam joins the loan market team after 6 years with a Local Car Dealer group – his interest in finance comes after moving to a Business Manager role within the motor group specialising in vehicle finance and insurance. Sam believes his friendly can-do attitude and high levels of customer service are tranquil to having a great experience when helping our clients navigate the financial world. His happy and customer first personality makes him easy going and stress-free to communicate with. In his spare time Sam enjoys Mountain Biking and playing Cricket both indoor and outdoor. He also enjoys relaxing by watching movies, sport and listening to music.

Lucia made her move from Sydney to Canberra 10 years ago. Most of her career she's been involved in the real estate industry - starting off as a real estate agent in 2018 and later transitioning to a mortgage broker in 2021. Lucia’s drive, commitment and attention to detail have seen her excel rapidly in the industry whilst continually achieving outstanding results for her clients. She is heavily focussed on not only making sure you get the best solution for your needs but she will also ensure you understand every part of the process. Having gone through the process of getting her own home loans, she knows that it can be stressful when you're left in the dark, so good communication is key! Jess grew up in the South Coast and moved to Canberra in 2018 to establish a career in client service. Jess started her career in the mortgage broking industry in 2021 when she joined Jonathan Mosslar working as his personal assistant during his venture starting his own Mortgage Brokerage and assisted him in the startup and growth of his business before joining forces with Loan Market. Jess has great joy in being a client service manager and takes pride in her ability to help clients with all queries no matter how complex. Jess is the go-to professional for clients seeking a trustworthy and reliable aid and is known for frequently going above and beyond to assist her clients in obtaining exactly what they want! Outside of work, Jess frequently journey’s back to the South Coast to soak up the sun

Sarah is a Canberra local who joined Loan Market after over five years in a customer service role. Working alongside Jarod Gilmartin as a credit analyst, Sarah brings with her a keen focus on the client experience and attention to detail. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on her latest art project.

Jess joins the loan market team with over 15 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise of all facets of the loan process and post settlement care. This knowledge enables her to assist our clients with all of their needs leading up to settlement and beyond, a vital role that is responsible for ensuring the experience for all our valued clients is a positive and professional one, it is a role that Jess is perfect for with her friendly and helpful personality. Jess enjoys spending her down-time making wine and salami with family and latin dancing.

Natalie recently made the move to Canberra after living in Queensland for the past 20 years. She brings a wealth of experience in client services, developed through her career in sales and, most recently, three years in the finance industry. As Client Service Manager, Natalie’s expertise and approachable nature ensure a smooth and personalised Loan Market experience. Her genuine care and client-focused approach set her apart in delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time in the garden, cooking, or relaxing at home with her husband and her beloved cat, Nami—especially on chilly days.

Zoe recently relocated to Canberra from Sydney, bringing with her over five years of experience in administration and a deep commitment to exceptional customer service. Throughout her career, Zoe has developed a strong understanding of the importance of clear communication, client trust, and streamlined processes — all essential in the fast-paced world of loan and mortgage broking. Now, as Client Services Manager, Zoe is excited to apply her skills to support clients through their mortgage journeys. Originally from the Central Coast, NSW, Molly moved to Canberra in 2022 to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) at the Australian National University. Combining her studies with her role at Loan Market Canberra, she brings a fresh, client-focused perspective to the team. Molly is passionate about educating clients throughout the home loan process, making what can feel like a complex journey clear, approachable, and empowering. Through Loan Market Canberra's social media channels, she works to break down financial concepts and keep clients informed every step of the way. When she's not crafting content or hitting the books, Molly embraces everything Canberra has to offer - one coffee shop, hike or wine at a time!

Ela has 7 years of experience in Customer Service Management assisting US, CA, UK and AU financial accounts. She was part of Qantas Travel Money offshore customer support before joining Loan Market. She's strongly focused on the ability to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. She's always up for the challenge and leverages her skills to contribute to the team's success. She loves spending her free time with her daughter and when possible, she also goes mountain hiking.

Audrey started her career as a local banking professional with more than 5 years of experience in marketing and finance before she joined the loan market team. She brings with her the ability to multi-task and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines. She seeks challenges in her career where skills, knowledge and work experience can excel while acquiring new skills and use her expertise to help the team in delivering high quality service to its clients. She adapts easily to new concepts, learnings and responsibilities. Audrey enjoys spending her down-time with her family and friends. She also loves cooking and travelling.

Kiezlle is results-driven and highly motivated in the financial industry, with two years of experience before she joined the Loan Market Team. She develops her skills, eager to learn, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. She maintains to be dependable, committed to delivering high-quality results and willing to collaborate with the team to get things done. Kiezlle enjoys reading books, making her own coffee at home, and spending her downtime with her family and friends.

Eliza began her career in Customer Service Management as a fraud analyst in an US financial institution, where she handled complex financial transactions while providing exceptional support to clients. Transitioning to the mortgage industry, she has spent the past 5 years working on the lender side of the mortgage business, her role is to make sure to provide seamless customer experiences, resolving urgent inquiries promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships with strong attention to details in a fast paced manner. She enjoys spending her free time watching sunsets at the beach or chasing sunrises on a mountain hike.

Joy has more than 5 years experience in the local financing industry and more than 2 years of being a mortgage broker support prior to joining the loan market. She's dedicated to providing a high quality result together with the team. Joy enjoys hanging out with her closest friends, trying out new cafes and jogging/walking during her free time to ensure having a work life balance. She loves baking, cooking and exploring to new places.

Mary is an experienced Lending Support Specialist with six years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry. She’s well-regarded by brokers for her sharp understanding of their needs and her ability to provide thoughtful, tailored support. Known for her adaptability and resourcefulness, she excels in fast-paced settings and always approaches tasks with a positive, solutions-focused mindset. Beyond work, she’s passionate about skincare and wellness. Whether she's deep into a health podcast or sharing tips with friends, Mary is always eager to learn and just as excited to uplift those around her. And true to her skincare ethos, she never forgets to wear sunscreen!

After three years of shaping minds in the classroom where she mastered the art of multitasking and high-level coordination, Denise has transitioned her passion for education and organization to the mortgage industry. She diligently ensures high-quality outcomes through a meticulous focus on detail. She’s a fast learner who loves picking up new skills and learnings from the team and never misses a beat when it comes to jotting down new tips. When she’s not at her work desk, Denise is likely immersed in a hands-on project.
