She holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is also a Commissioner for Declarations. Cara is originally from Brisbane and lives in the northern suburbs with her husband and two little boys. Cara's favourite part of her job is solving complex scenarios and making that 'you're approved' phone call.

Joyce joined Loan Market in early 2020 after being a mortgage broker herself previously for over 5 years. She holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is also a qualified Commissioner for Declarations which allows her to better service Cara's clients. Joyce lives in Brisbane city with her husband and 3 teenage daughters. She enjoys dance (Physie), walking, getting out into nature and spending time with her family.

Lee Ann has been with Loan Market for over 3 years and has been an integral part of the administration support. She looks after our ongoing customer care program and keeps in contact with your lender regularly to see if any further rate discounts can be provided. Her role is to prepare your loan application, ensure that we have gathered all of the correct information from you and at times follow up on any additional supporting documents required for your application process. Outside of work, the things she enjoys are coffee, warm bread, spontaneous road trips and bookstores.

Cara and her team have helped me turn a long-term plan into real life. My initial consultation with Cara really helped me understand what I was working with, what a realistic and serviceable goalpost was, and how to set myself up to achieve the best outcome. From this I went away to put the appropriate measures in place and came back to check in with Cara, realising afterward that I was closer in the journey than I thought.
