With more than 14 years in lending and extensive personal experience buying, selling and investing in property, she brings both professional expertise and real-world perspective to every conversation.

Joyce joined Loan Market in early 2020 after being a mortgage broker herself previously for over 5 years. She holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is also a qualified Commissioner for Declarations which allows her to better service Cara's clients. Joyce lives in Brisbane city with her husband and 3 adult daughters. She enjoys dance, walking, getting out into nature and spending time with her family.

Charlotte came on board with Loan Market earlier this year and has been the friendly face behind the scenes ever since. She’s here to make your home loan journey easier whether it’s setting up your profile, managing documentation, or locking in a time to chat with Cara, she has got it covered. With a people first mindset, Charlotte’s all about keeping things smooth, simple, and stress free. She works closely with Cara and the team to make sure you feel supported (and never left in the dark). When she’s not working, Charlotte’s out exploring coastal walks with her cheeky Cavoodle, Henry, or relaxing with friends and family, preferably with a chai in hand.

Lee Ann has been with Loan Market for over 3 years and has been an integral part of the administration support. She looks after our ongoing customer care program and keeps in contact with your lender regularly to see if any further rate discounts can be provided. Her role is to prepare your loan application, ensure that we have gathered all of the correct information from you and at times follow up on any additional supporting documents required for your application process. Outside of work, the things she enjoys are coffee, warm bread, spontaneous road trips and bookstores.
