My name is Christine and I am a Loan Market Broker. We currently have 60 lenders on our panel and therefore we have plenty of lending options available depending on your needs and goals.
My goal is to help you make an informed decision about your finance, structure your loan tax effectively and assist in building passive income through investing in properties.
I also work real estate hours and once you are pre-approved, you can request a Property Report for the properties that you may be interested in. The report will show how long the property has been on the market, what properties around the area have sold for and also the demographics of the suburbs that you have selected.
We can schedule for you to come in for a complimentary consultation where it’s all about you, your story and what you would like to achieve. After the consultation, I can then send you an Online Fact Find where you can fill out your information and upload your documentation. Once I’ve received your documentation, I can analyse and review your current financial position, plan your mortgage and give recommendations by considering, your financial goals whilst keeping in touch with you throughout the entire process.
After you have decided on which option is right for you and how you would like to proceed, we will then prepare the application submission for you, negotiate with lenders on the most competitive rates and manage the end-to-end process from submission to settlement. I can also do a loan review either on the anniversary of the loan settlement or near the fixed-rate expiry date of your new loan.
