Raised in the Riverina of NSW and having called regional South Australia home for the past 14 years, Dean is a born-and-bred country boy who deeply understands the unique rhythm, rewards, and challenges of regional life. As the founder and Director of Loan Market Coddington & Co., Dean’s mission is to be a straight-talking, genuinely caring finance partner for the long term. He combines a professional, friendly approach with traditional country values of trust, transparency, and face-to-face connection to deliver clear finance solutions that set his clients on a path to a secure financial future.
Before launching his business three years ago, Dean spent years gaining diverse, hands-on experience directly within the agricultural sector and agricultural finance. He made the decision to establish his own brokerage right from the start of his broking career because he noticed that his corporate roles in the agricultural finance sector restricted him from servicing the broad needs of his clients. Driven by a real desire to help everyone with all their financial needs under one roof, he has spent the last three years building a true regional one-stop-shop. Dean has diversified his lending expertise to offer a comprehensive range of solutions, meaning he can seamlessly help clients with everything from residential home loans, commercial funding, and business loans, to asset and machinery finance for farm equipment and complex SMSF lending.
