I am the middle-man between you and the bank. I have access to over 60 different lenders at my fingertips. I research all of the available products and present your options, so you can choose the loan that best suits your needs.

I have extremely strong relationships with many different lenders. This gives me the ability to turn deals around much quicker than your average mortgage broker. It also gives me the capacity to provide you with an exceptional level of customer service.

Who is David Allen?

Yes I am a mortgage and finance broker, but I’m also a husband to my wife Joanne and a father to our 2 wonderful boys, Jacob and Cooper. I love owning my own business. It all comes down to me. 

Finance has always been a passion of mine.

I have completed the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and I am also proud to be a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.

My background places me in the unique position of being able to better understand clients who are employed and derive a salary, or alternatively, clients who are self-employed and face a different set of challenges.
