Jen, what is your role in the business?
My name is Jennifer and I’m Dylan’s Customer Services Manager. I will assist you in your loan application process all the way through to approval from the lender!
Why did you choose to become a Customer Service Manager?
I was always interested in finance and when the opportunity presented itself I was eager to jump on board and get started in this career. It's been a great decision and I’m loving it!

We are able to give you a broader range of choice for your lending as we have access to over 60 lenders, not just the one you would get if you were to go directly to the bank for a loan.
What is your favourite thing about being a Customer Service Manager?
Seeing a client's goals come to life and delivering the good news that their loans have been formally approved! It’s so rewarding to be part of this achievement for our clients.
What types of loans or clients do you work with the most? Have you won any awards for your services?
Types of loans we frequently assist clients with are; First Home Buyers, Clients looking to refinance their investment and or owner occupied properties and new purchases.

I’m based in Port Melbourne and have lived here my whole life.
As a true local, where would you suggest someone goes for food if they’re visiting Port Melbourne for the first time?
My favourite dinner spots would be The Railway Hotel in Port Melbourne, best steaks and Gilson in South Yarra for Italian.
Coffee hands down Noisette in Port Melbourne. Great coffee and amazing french pastries!
What’s your favourite thing about living in Port Melbourne?
My favourite thing about living in Port Melbourne is being by the water and being central to the CBD.
When you’re not working, what do you spend your time doing?
When I’m not working I love nothing more than hanging out with my dog and friends, exploring the vibrant restaurant scene that Melbourne has to offer and getting active on the water - paddle boarding is a favourite of mine!
