With 7 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry, my focus as Head of Operations is ensuring the engine room of Loan Market Eclipse runs seamlessly. From managing our day-to-day business operations and HR to recruiting top talent and onboarding new team members, I’m passionate about building a supportive, high-performing environment so our brokers can deliver the best possible results for you. Behind the scenes, I make sure our processes are smooth, efficient, and aligned with our team’s mission to take the stress out of your loan journey. Outside of work, life is just as busy and rewarding! I’m a mum to two energetic young kids and our senior sausage dog, who keeps us all entertained at home.

As CSM, I take the reins on your application from lodgment right through to settlement, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.
