Tell us about your journey that brought you to the role of Broker Support

I started my journey as a Credit and Collection Officer under the Finance Department of a Health Insurance Company, where I worked for 7 years in the Philippines. I also worked for 5 years as an Administrative Assistant for a Retail/Wholesale Company. The opportunity came to me through a family connection, when the team was looking for additional Broker Support staff. I applied and successfully became part of Loan Market Excel and the rest is history.

What would you say would be your biggest strength?

My biggest strength is my will to face every challenge in my life.

When you’re not working, what do you spend your time doing?

When I'm not working, I dedicate my time to being a hands-on mother to my two daughters. I find joy in keeping our home organized and cozy, and I love unwinding on calm weekends with random movies and having cooking sessions with my youngest daughter.
