Adam is an experienced loan broker, and can help you with all things mortages, investment loans, refinancing, equity release, construction loans and SMSF finance.

Based in Cabarita Beach, Louis is local community conscious and fitness obsessed. Louis knows what he's talking about. His experience as a senior health banking manager and working with one of the big four banks is what sets him apart. Louis can help you with all loan types, including first home loans, investment loans, refinancing, equity release, construction loans and SMSF finance.

Maddy has a wealth of experience in mortgage broking, from complex applications to simple homes loans. She is knowledgeable with all things to do with lending and does it always with a calm and systematic process. In her role as broker and broker support she is seriously helpful, making sure our clients are informed every step of the way.

A Cabarita Beach local, Kevin has 15+ years finance experience, working as a mortgage broker and in a variety of roles within a number of the biggest Australian banks. His analytical yet people-first approach helps ensure his clients get the best deal and the best service, every time. When not at work, you'll find him out exploring with his young family, at the beach, or on the golf course.

Ange is a long standing member of the Loan Market Excel team and has worked closely with Adam for many years. Her knowledge in lending is exceptional. She has a vast knowledge of all loan types, from the easy to complicate loan scenarios. In addition, she is a policy guru when it comes to lending and is thorough in her process to ensure there are no hidden surprises. She goes to great efforts to keep clients updated throughout the entire process.

Lisa has more than 20 years of lending knowledge and experience. Having worked in various senior roles with major banks, her understanding of all things lending is very vast. With exceptional communication skills, Lisa keeps our clients informed every step of the way through the lending process. She has particular expertise with self-employed clients with complex scenarios.

We genuinely care about our customers today, tomorrow and into the future. With many years of sales experience, Marilyn is our caring After Settlements Care Officer for all our existing clients. She brings her bubbly personality to assist our existing clients in ensuring they are continually looked after for their existing loans.

Shannon is our attention to detail, hardest working settlements officer, making the final step in the process, the easiest with her skill and knowledge. Shannon liaises with all parties involved in the loan settlement process to ensure a smooth end. You're settlement is in safe hands with Shannon.

Louiejay (otherwise known as LJ) is our senior administrative extraordinaire, assisting the brokers with all the administration requirements in preparation for loan lodgement for our clients. He has a meticulous attention to detail in everything he does in his role.

Anna in her role as a Broker Support Administrator, commences the loan journey process for our team of brokers by collating documents, inputting data to our CRM system and assisting the brokers where they need any admin assistance.

Cath oversees all aspects of running the Loan Market Excel mortgage broking team alongside Adam. With 20 years' experience in the Lending and technology industry, Cath implements processes in the background and ensures that business is running smoothly for our staff and clients.

Taryn is our marketing guru, keeping our Mortgage Broking business Loan Market Excel at the forefront for our local community. She is also our social planner extraordinaire when it comes to celebrating as a team and with our clients and business partners.
