The volunteer members of Cabarita Beach S.L.S.C have been committed to serving their local village and keeping the beaches safe since humble beginnings in 1961. "Caba" Surf Club has since grown into a strong and integral part of the community in Cabarita Beach and surrounds. Its network of lifesavers and educators, supporters and sponsors work together to continue to grow the club and ensure the delivery of essential lifesaving services to all who visit Cabarita beach.

The Tweed Coast Raiders Senior Rugby League Club is located in Cabarita Beach on Tweed Coast Road. They provide a home for Rugby League for men & women aged 16 and over, who compete in the Northern Rivers Regional Rugby League competition.

Established in 2016, the club has strived to be better every year. The facilities are part of the Les Burger Sporting Fields which includes the Tweed Coast Raiders Junior Rugby League.

The Club continues to support and work with various groups to maintain a healthy sporting community. As such, the club and its facilities cater to a wide cross-section of the community attracting up to 1,000 people to the ground for large game days.

Whether it be in the form of playing, coaching, being a committee member or volunteer, everyone is welcome and encouraged to become a part of Tweed Coast Raiders.
