Alan specializes in all things asset related. This can range from an unsecured personal loan, car loans, to business equipment finance. Alan has been working with Loan Market since 2018, becoming Loan Market’s number 1 asset finance broker nationally in 2020, 2021 & 2022. Prior to becoming a finance broker, Alan spent 12 years working in the automotive industry where he was a shareholder in a large group that owned several franchises, of which Alan managed one of their European prestige car dealerships.

With over 10 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, Heather holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning and Finance/ Mortgage Broking Management), her areas of expertise include home loans and self-managed super fund lending.
Heather works with a range of customers, from first home buyers, home owners looking to upgrade, sophisticated investors with extensive property portfolios, Australian expatriates living and working overseas and non-resident investors looking to establish a property portfolio in Australia and she is comfortable with complex financial strategies and have an entrepreneurial, “can do” approach to their portfolios.
Heather prides herself on her knowledge and expertise in finding the most suitable loan for her clients' specific situation.
Heather is very focused on her service standards for both new and existing clients. There are documented targets for all our customers and she is committed and passionate about ensuring you receive the ultimate loan “experience.” she also ensures that you are informed at every stage of the loan process including a post settlement follow up.
Once the loan has been settled, Heather doesn't believe that her work is done and she is active in making sure our clients have a point of contact and are able to get information from us as required – we help ensure that issues such as repayment schedules and the provision of other facilities including credit cards are organised.
Heather is acutely focused on the ongoing care and maintenance of your financial structures and ensures that client's always feel that they have a point of reference and that she is available to assist in any way possible.
When the time comes to review the next phase of your investment strategy she is on hand to help with whatever is required – be it assisting with the identification of suitable assets to buy, to assessing the suitability over time of the finance structures in place.
Heather is a family-oriented person and spends her spare time with family commitments, she also enjoys reading and time with friends.
