Sara-Anne is or superstar Client Success Manager. She loves helping clients and ensuring their loan application is smooth. Sara-Anne understand how important it is to keep clients in the loop. She will liaise with real estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other third-parties while also providing the client continual updates so they know the status of their loan application at all times. Sara-Anne will also organise your loan documents and ensure your settlement is booked in the appropriate time frame so you can rest easy. Darren's primary role is to help keep our clients interest rates as low as possible on an ongoing basis. He is best known as the office clown and plant feeder.
