He has held senior roles in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, specialising in complex financing solutions. To date, Josh has written and overseen over $700 million in home, investment and commercial lending.

He has a real focus on delivering integrated finance solutions, tailored to an individual’s situation, goals and needs, which has filtered to the whole Loan Market Nowra team. Away from finance, playing golf and being outdoors are Josh's perfect pastimes.

Starting six years ago as Admin Broker Support, Vic has grown into the role of Business / Office Manager, bringing a deep, ground-up understanding of the business.

As Business Administrator, Vic manages everything from internal systems and process optimisation to high-level document control and compliance — keeping the firm running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard.
