Phil is big on making sure you don’t merely come along for the ride, but that you feel empowered by understanding the ‘why’ behind each decision and understanding each step along the way. If we held an office talent show, we know he’d bust out his baton twirling talent.
Vanessa is the office vocalist - never shy to belt out a tune and check if the others have turned their chairs like on The Voice. She loves working with the team to help clients achieve their dreams, whether it is buying their first home, building an investment portfolio or funding a side project. When she was younger Vanessa wanted to be a hairdresser, but instead today she aims to chop percentage points off your home loan interest rate.
Michelle is like the glue to our team as our operations manager. With Michelle guiding the office ship, we can focus on doing what we do best, helping clients kick financial goals. She is a classic Gold Coast local - when not working, you are likely to find her close to the water or with sand still between her toes. She hasn’t confirmed this, but we think she may be able to read our minds. Just beware - it is incredibly likely you will be subjected to her dad jokes when in the office.
Rachael is a lending specialist, helping clients get a great result for their loan applications. When she isn’t helping clients hit financial goals and reach that settlement moment, she loves sitting down with a good book and a coffee. Or eating cheese. When she was five she wanted to be an archaeologist.. so you know she is willing to dig deep to get you a competitive rate.
Andrew supports our brokers and makes sure we have everything we need to produce strong loan applications for our clients. Andrew always makes the process as easy and streamlined as possible for clients, and sets them up to purchase their dream home.
Alyka is another vital member of our customer service team. She loves learning and helping streamline the application process for our clients. When not crunching numbers and ensuring all paperwork is in order you could find her rewatching the classic films such as Avatar and Shawshank Redemption or playing a kalimba. Did you just Google it? Community Involvement
With the help from our friends at TP Human Capital, every year we raise awareness for the Townsville RSPCA Animal Shelter. We collect donations for the shelter and DOUBLE the weight for every donation made! Last year we were able to raise an amazing 4 tonne of pet food. This was enough to keep the shelter fed for at least 3 months!
