Nicole started her career in finance in 2014 and began working with Loan Market in 2016. Nicole started out as a Client Service Manager then chased her dream of becoming a Mortgage Broker in 2018. She is the go to person for all your residential financial needs and will help you identify what you want to achieve whilst guiding you throughout the whole process. Nicole is very passionate about her clients achieving their dreams and has built many relationships over the years to ensure her clients receive the best experience.

Susan is our experienced Client Service Manager and has been with us since 2014, assisting in the processing of your loan through to approval and settlement. With over 25 years of finance industry experience, Susan knows how overwhelmed clients may feel so she aims to ensure the purchase or refinance of your property settles smoothly.

Chiara is our newest team member who joined our office in 2023 and has quickly excelled in her role as Client Services Manager. Chiara took the opportunity to work in the finance industry with Loan Market alongside John and Nicole to learn the ropes and has enjoyed every moment. Despite being new to the industry, Chiara’s commitment to grow and adapt in this fast paced environment has allowed her to manage client files from pre-submission to post-settlement ensuring that each client is well-informed throughout the entire process.
