When asked what is the most satisfying part of her job? Lynne says, "making the phone call to tell my client you loan is approved". When Lynne isn't busy helping her clients, she enjoys walking Bella, her very spoilt Toy Poodle cross Maltese Terrier, reading and cooking.

Paul J Robertson Cert 1V Financial Services, Dip Fin, MDIA Paul has more than 30 years property investment banking experience and has held senior lending positions with Sate Bank SA, State bank NSW (now CBA) and Macquarie Bank. Paul’s experience encompasses both residential and commercial transactions and he particularly enjoys finding solutions for those more complex deals. Paul’s expertise in this sector was recognised when he was invited to be the author of lecture notes to support a Diploma in Finance Course delivered by a major Registered Training Organisation. Paul is responsible for business development for the group and he maintains a high profile in those communities that we represent.

Sharon is our Customer Service Manager and she has over 30 years’ experience in finance. Sharon has worked for CBA, Rams, St George and Westpac as a lender but in the last 5 years has had a career change to establish her own business to focus on loans processing and customer support for the broking sector. Born and bred in Hunter Valley/ Newcastle, Sharon lives locally with her family. Sharon is a key member of our team and is always ready and willing to assist us to provide you with excellence in customer service.
