That’s where I can help! I have made a career of managing the finance process for my clients, allowing them to concentrate on finding the right property.

Whether buying, selling or looking to refinance, I support and educate my clients, enabling them to make sound financial decisions and achieve their goals. I take an impartial view of hundreds of loans from over 30 lenders. I then assist with the application paperwork, and then liaise with solicitors, real estate agents and lenders through to settlement. I strive to give you the insider’s edge. I talk to lenders daily, and knows the niche areas that each operate in, which lenders are processing applications quickly, and which ones are competing strongly on interest rates.

Home loans - think long term

The majority of my business is First Home Owners and clients looking to use equity in their home for investment purposes. I specialise in finding solutions for clients to firstly help eliminate their non-deductible household debt, and then to build wealth through investment. Once the relationship begins, my aim is to keep the customer for life and assist them, their friends and their families with all financial transactions in the future.

We recently finalised the purchase of a new home, and although we entered into the market with a degree of trepidation, in hindsight we didn't need to.
