Hi, I’m Liz an experienced and approachable admin and broker support professional with a strong background in finance and customer service. I joined the Willow Lending Team in 2018 and continued with the team when we became Loan Market Mount Gambier. With more than 20 years’ experience at a local credit union before making the move to Willow, I’ve developed a great understanding of the lending process and customer service, and I love putting that experience to good use. I’m a bit of a jack of all trades and enjoy helping both clients and our brokers wherever I can. I’m always keen to learn something new, and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll find it! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, catching up with friends over a coffee (or the occasional cheeky cocktail) and getting out to enjoy life!

My banking journey began in 1998 in Tennant Creek, where I started as a teller with ANZ. Over the years, I worked across a variety of roles including Customer Service, Relationship Banking, Branch Management and Lending. In 2011, I moved into the role of Home and Investment Lending Manager with ANZ in Mount Gambier, where I remained until joining Willow Finance in 2022. After more than four years with the team, I continued my journey with Loan Market Mount Gambier when we made the move in 2025. During my time with the team, I’ve completed my Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and continued to build on my passion for lending. I’m now in the role of Credit Analyst, where I use my extensive experience in lending, credit risk and analysis to assess applications and support Tanya and the team in finding suitable lending solutions for our clients. Outside of work, life is all about family —especially my four grandchildren, who I absolutely adore and love spending time with. I’m also a big music lover and enjoy getting out to concerts whenever I can. There’s nothing quite like good music, good company and a great night out!
