Caitlin's career in the finance industry spans nearly 20 years, taking on various administrative roles since 2006. Her ambitions led her to becoming a Mortgage Broker which she is very passionate about!!! She has been with Loan Market Mudgeeraba for over 2 years and has achieved her 60M Milestone. She loves working in all types of residential lending, from first home buyers to seasoned investors. She will not only get to know you and your own unique set of circumstances, but she’ll also help you identify tangible goals and work with you to achieve them. Caitlin believes that a positive attitude creates the energy to deliver and achieve the best results for herself and her clients. In her free time she loves hanging out with friends and family especially the love of her life Adam. If there is a party or social event on the Coast you will find Caitlin there!!
Jodie, is the Director of Loan Market Mudgeeraba and has been with Loan Market for over 15 years. With an extensive background in the Real Estate Industry and owning her own Property Group Company, Jodie’s goal is to integrate her vast experience in industries such as real estate, financial planning, accounting, property management & property investment services to our clients. She works with referrers and the brokering team to ensure that as a group, clients receive the highest level of customer service & up to date information on the latest product offerings. In Jodie's free time she loves spending time decorating the family home and facetiming her grand daughters.
Katrina joined the team in 2025 as a Lending Specialist and our Head Client Service Manager. She supports both our Brokers Steve McLean and Caitlin Giles. She has a strong background working in residential lending and is looking to expand her knowledge in the SMSF sector. Over the last four years, Katrina has focused her career on all aspects of the home lending. Katrina's main priority is to ensure every client has a smooth and positive experience, whether it be a first home buyer or a seasoned investor. When Katrina is not at work she is spending quality time with her 2 boys at the beach or at the Junior rugby union fields. She is a very busy mum!
Tahlia has joined the team to support our brokers with pre-qualification assessments, preparation of loan applications and file management. She is an organised professional with 6 years experience in the banking industry. Her weekends are spent enjoying time with her family.
