"After buying a number of houses in the past myself both for investment and personal, I found that I didn't understand even the basics of my financing and had been scared to ask at risk of looking uneducated. I spent years researching, looking back at where I could have done something better when obtaining finance and the structures that I put in place when borrowing. After asking the questions that I should have asked in the first instance of borrowing, I managed to get a better understanding of how I could do things moving forward.

I encourage all my clients to ask me questions, there are no stupid questions especially on something as important as finance. I ensure them their question has most probably has been asked before and will be asked again and hopefully I’ve asked it myself at some stage.
