What was your past experience before joining the team? How many years experience do you have in the finance industry as a mortgage broker?
I worked for 4 years in sales at Ray White Rowville which gave me great insight into the end-to-end process of buying and selling. I have been a Mortgage Broker for 6 years.
Why did you choose to become a mortgage broker?
To help make an otherwise complicated and often stressful process simple and straightforward, to help educate my clients so they feel empowered in their financial decisions and provide them with choice.
Why should someone choose you rather than going to a bank?
For choice. The bank is limited by their own products and policy and isn’t going to reccomend a lender dow nthe road if they can’t help you. They also aren’t legally obligated to act in your best interests, whereas I am. I also support my clients post-settlement, keeping their lender accountable so that they still retain a competitive rate.
What is your favourite thing about being a mortgage broker?
I love helping people purchase their first home. Being a part of such a momentous occasion and achievement in someone's life is really rewarding.
Do you charge a fee for your services?
