I am you expert client service manager with 9 years of experience working with Sue Vuong and her team. My role is to ensure the loan process runs smoothly, I assist brokers from approval to settlement, and am the main contact person for after settlement services including negotiating with current lenders for a lower interest rate. 
When I’m not supporting the team and clients I enjoy shopping, camping and travelling. I am also a mother of two and work part time.

I’ve been at Loan Market since April 2022 working in Broker Support. My main objective is to assist in clients applications and I specialise in data entry and submissions of loan applications. Previously, I had a role in a junior advisor position assisting brokers/branch staff with inquiries regarding home loan applications. After that I was promoted to Contact Centre Senior Advisor. My Tasks as Senior Advisor are to verify processes with the onshore team, assist the junior advisors, assist the QA team with evaluations and perform adhoc tasks. Before Westpac, I also worked as a Fraud Analyst for Amex credit cards for 5 months and as a Customer Service Representative for Citi Prepaid Cards for 5 years. I go above and beyond for clients and when I’m not assisting with applications I love nature so enjoy hiking, going to the beach and gardening. When I’m not outdoors I like watching inspirations videos and surfing the internet.
