- BA (Mathematics), University of Wollongong
- Graduate Diploma Financial Management, University of New England
- Diploma Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
- Full Member of MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia)
- Member of COSL (Credit Ombudsman Service Limited)
