Eligibility:
This offer is open to all settled clients of Loan Market aged 18 years or over. By participating in this referral program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The referred contacts must not be an existing client.
Campaign Period:
The refer-a-friend campaign will commence on 11 November 2024, and conclude on November 30th 2026.
How to Participate:
To participate in the referral program, clients must submit a referral via the contact form on this landing page. Referrals must be verified by Loan Market to be considered valid. Upon successful settlement of eligible loans (minimum loan amount of $250,000), the referring client will receive a $100 gift card. Clients will receive an additional $100 gift card for each subsequent verified referral that results in a settled loan.
Gift Card Terms:
Gift cards are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Gifts are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any gift card with another of equivalent value without notice.
Notification and Claiming of Gift Cards:
The referrer will be notified by email within 14 days of the successful settlement date. If the participant cannot be contacted or does not claim the gift within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the gift.
General Terms:
Loan Market reserves the right to cancel or amend the refer-a-friend campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the campaign will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Loan Market.
By participating in this referral program, participants agree to the use of their names and submission details for promotional and marketing purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation.
